Meet Allison Armelino, AuD, CCC-A

Dr. Allison Armelino earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, with minors obtained in Human Development and Biology. She earned her Doctoral degree in Audiology from Montclair State University.

She gained her clinical experience through rotations at Columbia University Medical Center, Hackensack University Medical Center, several private practices, and the VA. She completed her audiological residency at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation hospital in Edison, NJ. She has obtained experience in all areas of audiology including diagnostics, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and management, tinnitus evaluations and management, aural rehabilitation and counseling. She additionally has experience with specialized testing including electrophysiology and balance testing. Dr. Armelino has worked with all age groups, but specializes in the aging population. She enjoys making genuine connections with her patients so they feel comfortable in her care.

Dr. Armelino is a member of the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.
